The house, recently renovated, is located in the most characteristic and representative area of the main economy: the fish market and overlooks the Mazaro river. It is located in a strategic point: a stone's throw from the kasba, there are
an underlying bar, fresh fish caught at night, bakeries, pharmacy, ice cream parlor, places for refreshment, a barge (a raft) to reach the other part of the city, even the beaches that are in the city and at the seafront where there are many places where they cook fish.
It consists of two double bedrooms, a living room, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a large terrace where you can spend the evening in the cool and be able to use the barbecue in complete freedom. The terrace offers a suggestive panorama: the market and the shipyards
