"We LOVED being right on the Arkansas River. The deck was fantastic and everyone enjoyed the firepit and hot tub. The house was wonderful, lots of space and the theater room was enjoyed by some. Very clean. Highly recommend!"

This house was great for the 2 kids to have their own space; the master was a little small but was nice and on the other side of the living area for a bit of privacy. The backyard was great for dinners and morning coffee looking at the river. It's an easy 3 block walk to town and a quiet neighborhood.
