"Overall, the property was great and I had a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout my visit. There were a few areas that could use improvement. The shower setup was not very user-friendly and almost required instructions to figure out how to operate it properly. The sink faucet also had low water pressure. Additionally, the bathroom door could not be locked, which made privacy a concern. I was also disappointed that there was no microwave available in the room. The wristband key concept is a great idea, but I experienced issues using it, especially when accessing the elevators. Despite these inconveniences, everything else was good, and the excellent customer service from the staff helped make the stay enjoyable."
