"This is a perfect location if you want to drive or Uber to downtown Knoxville for any event. House is clean and they are easy to work with, we were able to have an early check in which helped out a lot. Would rent this property again! "

"We had a nice quiet stay. We brought our dogs and there was plenty of yard for them to roam. I would definitely recommend if you want something convenient but close to the city."

"What a beautiful lake home. The decor was perfect & gave lake vibes even though we visited when it was a little cool to enjoy the lake. The home has everything we needed, clean and comfortable. We hope to stay here again & would purchase this home if it were listed!"
