"Overall the stay was good, some house keeping needed to be done. Old shampoo bottle left in shower, hair all over the bathroom counter top and floor. The bathroom needs a little TLC recaulking and such. The front desk was helpful and kind. Housekeeping was friendly. "

"Cumberland House is a gem right in the heart of downtown Knoxville. The hotel has a stylish, modern vibe and the room layout was both functional and inviting. I especially loved the balcony with beautiful views of the Sunsphere and World’s Fair Park—perfect for a morning coffee or evening unwind. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout my stay. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Knoxville!"

"I was able to check in easily and room was convenient. We had a nice breakfast. The one thing I noticed was that the carpet on the steps going up to breakfast needed to be cleaned or replaced. Would stay there again if in the area."

"This hotel is wonderful. Staff was amazing and went out of their way to help us with restaurants, beverages and transportation to the restaurant via golf cart on a rainy evening. I would give it six stars. Only downside was pillows are a bit poofy so if you like a flatter pillow then bring your own. "
