"The staff is what makes this place so nice to go to. But unfortunately the facility is just something outdated. We unfortunately came on a time where the seaweed washed ashore which is something that happens and because of that we were unable to use any of the water sports amenities. This really put a damper on the trip. You're not told this when you book but to call and get food delivered to your room you must have Butler Service or there is no room service.
