"We did a quick weekend getaway to Wrightsville Beach for my girlfriends birthday. The guest services rep was nice and inviting but the The hotel room was a nightmare. AC never cooled down. We arrived later in the night so we did not want to interrupt or start an issue that late so we stayed in the room. We thought the AC would function the next day, but it did not and the temp only rose more. We ended up having to call guest services, maintenance came right away and verified the air was not...
