But he never provided it and did not communicate about this again. When we followed up about it, he cancelled the whole stay and tried to get us to change properties last minute. "The interior of the unit was neat and tidy. However there was an odd odor that has stayed on our belongings after multiple cleanings. There is a deodorizing plug in located in the bedroom. It only added to the odor. The backyard was okay but there was a pile of discarded house goods."
