"This was our second visit to RIU Latino this year. We came in March with our friend group and again this June with our adult children. We had the same stellar service, food that was higher quality than so many other resorts I’ve visited, and a vibe that is fresh, clean, and FUN. We love adults only atmospheres and appreciated the humor and enthusiasm of the entertainment staff. The shows, the mariachi band, the daytime pool games…all kept a smile on our faces . If we had any negatives it would be that we hate having to use room keys instead of having a wrist band that’s easy to keep track of. We all lost our cards or accidentally left them in our rooms at least once. Otherwise an amazing visit! Don’t miss the lobster rice at the Kulinarium and if you want the best morning waitress in the buffet or Pepe’s, it’s Esly. She recognized us immediately, gave hugs and was so excited to take care of us and now our kids. She made us feel like family. We will be watching for another great deal to send us back!!"

"Bettyna is the BEST!!!!! Super friendly, attentive, and provided amazing service throughout our stay. We absolutely loved her! Victor was also fantastic and even made us custom bracelets by the pool, which was such a fun touch. Poolside food options: We’d love to see lighter and more casual options by the pool. The burger spot wasn’t our favorite, and we found ourselves wishing for things like wings, mini empanadas, fries, and other snack-style foods that many resorts offer. Poolside dining: This was the first resort we’ve visited that didn’t allow guests to eat at their pool chairs. Being able to enjoy food while relaxing by the pool would greatly improve the experience. The drinks: The liquor selection was great, and the pours were definitely generous—which we appreciated! Bracelet quality: The bracelet experience was fun, but for a $100 charge, we’d expect a higher-quality material. The knot on ours started slipping on the first day, and the bracelet felt less durable than expected. Loyalty program presentation: Upon arrival, we felt a bit pressured into attending what was described as a “one-hour” presentation for the premium loyalty program. It left a less-than-ideal first impression and felt somewhat pushy. Transportation confusion: The complimentary ride-share benefit wasn’t clearly explained. The phone number didn’t work. I left a longer review on google but we would return again!!"

"The place is clean but poor selection and quantity of food, everything opens late and close early, bar close at 11. Zero entertainment during the day, No shows at night , bar on the beach is slow far and not complete. Every single person you deal with will steal you by making you pay in pesos at a special change fees comes down to an xtra few hundred dollars . Terrible experience and bad / false advertisement"
