"This is a beautiful property and friendly staff. My sister did experience some issues but the Experienced Hotel Manager, Luis Gonzalez was able to correct the problem. Yuli at Check In she was great. Isaac at Customer Service was helpful too. Lefy at the Steakhouse was exceptional and very helpful. Maria tried to teach us Spanish and she was excellent. In my opinion, the best restaurant was Blue Moon and the steakhouse. Of course it didn’t opened until 6:00pm and closed on Sunday’s. I enjoyed the bowling alley. We didn’t get a chance to do the lazy river. Extremely hot, therefore we couldn’t enjoy outdoors as much as we would have liked. This is a new resort, but there aren’t a lot of amenities that you would be privileged too compared to other Adult only resorts. This resort is quiet and serene. Also, few staff speak and understand English."
