"We stayed one night. It was an unplanned overnight stay, so we didn’t do too much research. Unfortunately, we should have read the reviews before booking online. Check in took a very long time. The gentleman was nice, but it felt like I was buying a car with the amount of time we spent at the counter. Also, the check in employee took our parking ticket because they needed to include it in up front payment. He never gave us the ticket back—this would cause more time wasted when we were...
