"Staff was friendly who worked up front ! The cashier at breakfast restaurant maydawe I think that’s what it’s called ! Anyway lady did not provide the 15% Dusit discount ! I spoke to cashier and front desk and neither knew how to simple just credit back the 15% as it’s not difficult and it’s standard ! When you make mistake fix it and do not say I’m night cashier write your info down and I’ll see what I can do ? That’s not a way to handle the situation ! Bathroom also leaked water all over floor from shower ! The pool area is nice and the Thai restaurant are good ! Housekeeping very good ! "

"The house was clean but too small. While there are enough beds to accommodate up to 14 people. The house is small to have 14 people moving around in it. All three bathrooms are only half baths, and the only bathroom with a water heater is the master bath. The kitchen comes equipped with a rice cooker, hot plate (that didn’t work), coffee pot, microwave, and kettle. Also, there were dishes and flatware, but not enough to accommodate 14 people without having to wash dishes so others could eat. Overall, it is a nice little house, but I would not recommend for large families. I would say it can accommodate 6-7 comfortably."
