"Well.... it has a very nice pool. Expect to feel ignored, unimportant, and at times in the way. This place could be very nice, they just need to fix their attitude and realize who's actually paying to stay there. In the hands of another top tier hotel, this could be a fabulous place to stay. I'm not sure why ownership doesnt get it. Yes, the locals who have the money to stay there are more than willing to tolerate feeling like they should be treated poorly, but anyone else will feel it right...

"I liked the staff, I should say the janitorial staff. Everyone else was okay. The bed was aweful. The breakfast was okay. I would grade it as 7.3"

"The resort was clean, and the views were beautiful. However, one major disappointment was that guests are not allowed to swim at the beach after 6:00 PM. Since the weather during the day can be extremely hot, many people would prefer to enjoy the beach later in the evening when it’s cooler. The biggest letdown, though, was the food. During our two-night stay, we didn’t have a single meal that we truly enjoyed. The food was significantly overpriced, which I wouldn’t have minded if the quality...

Aircon is not working well— not conducive to the kind of current weather. I ended up leaving the hotel to transfer to a better one with much better conditions."
