Nancy itself could produce a smaller, more helpful tourist guide in English. Warning: No elevator, but the stairs are wide and gentle."

Well situated in a walkable proximity (around 5 min) to the public transport options and the university/hospital. There might be a bit of noise when other guests move out in the evening.
