"The gite is perfect for two people, very spacious, comfortable and clean. En-suite double bedroom very comfortable, and the open plan lounge/dining area/kitchen has plenty of room and is well provided with all we needed. Wifi excellent and English language TV sorted. Lots of literature about the local area. A few minutes level walk only to the centre of Tremolat with restaurants and epicerie. Cafe Village closed while we were there but also very close. Host was prompt with all communications and proactive and helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. A good location for touring the very many sites of the Perigord. Perfect stay."

"The backyard and pool area was great. The house is very cute. The interior of the house was not very clean. There were many cobwebs, the floors were dirty, the furniture and bedding was older and stained, a dirty mop and bucket sat by the toilet, etc. Not as many amenities provided as in other VRBO’s we have rented in the area - ie no dish soap, hand soap, pool towels, all beds made regardless of the number of guests etc. We also paid twice as much as the listed rate because of the summer season and did not find the value as the cleanliness issue kept us from enjoying the property to its fullest."
