The living / dining room opens onto a suspended terrace with a view of the garden and the Dordogne river. You will have 3 bedrooms each with a 140x190 bed. A shower room. A separate toilet. The garden is located at the back of the house. You will find a garden furniture in the shade under the tree, as well as a barbecue. Little extra: at the bottom of the garden, a small gate gives you direct access to the greenway along the river. In the basement you will have at your disposal a ping-pong table, and the washing machine. For hiking enthusiasts, the GR 6 passes in front of the cottage courtyard since it arrives from Lalinde via Trémolat.
