"This seems to be a newer property and everything was tremendous here for a solo traveler, even the spa room with hot and cold baths and a sauna was great for taking away the exhaustion from a long two days exploring the Himeji area."

"The Daiwa Roynet Hotel, is a nice clean hotel, and has efficient staff on hand to assist with your needs. The property has 3 coin op laundry machines, vendong and micro wave ovens on some dloors, thiere is also a nice cafe (Holly's) attached to the hotel. It is situated half way between Himeji Station and Himeji Castle, of course Koko-en Garden, Himeji Museum of Art and a couple of temples and shrines are are also in the same area. There is an abundance of restaurants and cafes to choose from as well."

"Very nice hotel, close to the train station. Quiet in the rooms. The afternoon/night parking attendant very helpful giving suggestion sightseeing in the area. The beds were a little hard for me. Walking distance from Himeji castle. Other than that, the location was easy access to everything."

"It's a super clean hotel, really gorgeous interior. The staff is so polite and so very helpful! They made sure the Takyubin would take our luggage to Kyoto on time for the next day, was so helpful to us! They were great! It's a shame the room and bathroom are so small, but it's a Japanese hotel, so that's how it is in this kind of hotel. Good price for what you get. "

"Close to Himeji station! I walked for my entire stay here. I loved the hotspring, and with the crowd-tracker, I was able to go during a not-busy time so I could be more comfortable and relaxed! They also provide free tattoo stickers at the front desk if you ask, so this was one of the only places I could get the onsen experience at with my tattoos :) Just make sure you cover them, you can't go in without the stickers."

"It was quite at night, clean, and the staff were very nice. Only 2 down sides I saw were that there was no safe in the room I stayed in and that the shower randomly got hot."
