"Excellent servoces"

"Room was clean and well appointed. Always a great stay!"

"Very clean and all were very helpful and professional. Especially Ms Chantella."

"Great breakfast and evening social area. Great workout room with nice equipment. They are remodeling some of the lobby and a floor. I have been staying at this location for years. Never any problems."

"I stay there one week never change my bedding . Put the same sheets on the bed. The breakfast was great, they had some sort of activity going on every night, that was nice."

"Everything was awesome!"

"The staff and breakfast was really nice"

"The only challenge was driveway access was limited to one direction. Opposite side of Woodruff Drive required a u turn or turn into a side street to get to the side that had access to HI."

"The staff were great but the rooms are dated and can use a deep cleaning and repairs are needed. The furniture was not comfortable but the bed was."

"Great location, helpful staff, comfortable and clean rooms. The shuttle bus will take you downtown … which is a huge plus."

"The room had a smell to it. The bathroom tiles were ready to fall off. You could see there was mildew all around the bottom of the shower. The beds were very uncomfortable as well as the pillows. The towels have seen better days. It's unfortunate, because entering the hotel is very nice. The lobby is clean and updated. Only wish so were the rooms, at least the one we stayed in."
