Maulbronn is most famous for it’s monastery founded in 1147, which is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site, but it was the town itself that captivated me. The well-preserved medieval town looks like something out of a story book! It's worth a visit if you're in the Stuttgart area.

The home was full of things for the children to do and there was plenty of space for us all (10 in total, 2 families - 4 adults and 6 children/young adults from 8 to 17). "Großes, schönes Haus mit vielen überraschenden Räumen und kreativen Lösungen in dem alten Gemäuer, umgeben von einem großen, vielfältigen Garten. "Excellent property. The place was perfect for us. The unit was clean and better then the pictures and descriptions. It is located in the forested hills of the northern Black forest. The town of Bad Liebenzell was just down the hill with convenient access to shops, dinning, and groceries. There are more hiking trails then you can walk. Easily located just outside of Stuttgart. The host was very pleasant, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay."

"Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Nette Unterkunft im schönen Nordschwarzwald. Ruhige Lage und nett eingerichtet. Alles da was man braucht. Für Familien bis zu zwei Kindern bestens geeignet. "Positiv war: Es war sauber, haustierfreundlich und das WLAN funktionierte. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und für Selbstversorger optimal.Negativ war für uns:Die Betten im EG sind nicht sehr groß. Die Betten im OG sind von einem Erwachsenen nur mit Mühe über eine schmale Holzleiter zu erreichen.
