"Wonderful! Brand new and so luxurious. Yet you could be casual and still feel welcome. Muddy shoes and all…just took them off so the carpet didn’t get wrecked. Tub in the room was fantastic and the bed super comfortable."

"The staff who were on rota are lacking in customer service skills. Room had no body wash or other hygiene products other than hand soap. For a 4 star hotel, this is pretty poor. The food was lovely, but no condiments were delivered to the room. Blood stained carpets & ill fitting matress protectors, are also not conducive to 4 star hotels."
