"This is a beautiful well cared for home and the owners are friendly and helpful. The area is very remote and quiet, perfect for a peaceful holiday to escape it all, however, the location does mean a fair bit of driving to find things to do. We were not aware of the 600 Euro cash deposit, which is required on arrival, at time of booking - this was a bit of a pain as meant changing up a lot more cash than we needed, and having to change it back on our return home. It also wasn’t clear that...

"Het huisje is prima, maar op het park en de communicatie kan bijzonder veel worden aangemerkt. Het parkwinkeltje is het hele weekend dicht en het restaurant gaat pas tegen de avond open. Er is dus de hele dag geen mogelijkheid om op het park iets van eten of drinken of een ijsje te halen, en dat met temperaturen die oplopen tot 32 graden. Zelfs bij de receptie valt niks te halen. Verder is het een autoluw park, waar je zelfs niet je bagage of boodschappen met de auto naar het huisje mag brengen....

"Wir hatten ein schönes langes Wochenende in einem Haus am See. Das Haus war sauber und sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage und auch der Service Kommunikation waren super. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. In der Küche hätte es ruhig ein paar mehr Utensilien geben können. Das war aber auch nur eine Kleinigkeit, die zu bemängeln ist."

"A very nice hotel tucked away in the middle of Clervaux. Difficult to find the entrance to the car park underneath the property, and the short walk outside to the rooms could be a problem, but everything else about the hotel is excellent. The spa area is wonderful."
