On a large plot of land, there is a private pool where you can spend sunny days and enjoy the panoramic view of the Kvarner Bay. There is also an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and dining table where you can spend cosy summer evenings with family and friends under the stars.

The villa consists of 3 floors. On the ground floor of the villa you will find a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a lounge. On the first floor you will find a spacious living room with access to the terrace with a marvellous view of the surroundings. On the same floor there is also a beautiful dining room and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a separate toilet. On the second floor there are 3 more modern bedrooms with their own elegantly decorated bathrooms. On the same floor you will also enjoy the breathtaking sea view from the spacious terrace while drinking your morning coffee.

A charging station for electric vehicles is also available to guests at no extra cost.

Our stay in the Villa DeaVista was very comfortable.

Our stay in the Villa DeaVista was very comfortable. The property is very large and the house is also very modern and nice. Our highlight was the pool and the view from the Villa. The homeowners are very friendly and helpful, some supermarkets were not far away. We will be happy to come back.
