Villa Askim Prestige (Aria)

The beautiful modern Villa Askim Prestige is located in Kvarner, in the small town of Matulji, which is three kilometres away from Opatija. In Matulji you will experience the peaceful Kvarner atmosphere, which is ideal for family holidays. Nearby is the beautiful Opatija, which has a great gastronomic and tourist offer, and a beautiful riva that is rich in architecture and historical sights.



On the first floor of Villa Askim Prestige are three bedrooms (double beds) with en suite bathrooms with shower, two of which have a balcony with a beautiful view of the blue Adriatic. The ground floor has a separate toilet, bedroom with ensuite bathroom, modern functional kitchen with dining room with 8 seats and a bar with 3 seats, and a comfortable living room. All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned.



In the yard is a heated swimming pool (4 x 8 x 1.55 m) around which are 6 sunbeds and 2 LayZ bags ideal for lazing and enjoying the sun. There is an outdoor charcoal grill where you can prepare various specialties, and you can serve them in the outdoor dining room. The yard is fenced (fence from 1.10 m to 1.70 m) and you have a complete privacy. Inside the yard are 3 parking spaces.



The villa has a Finnish and an integrated infrared sauna with a view of the sea.



Nearby the Villa Askim Prestige are the pebble beach Tomaševac and the concrete beach Lido, which is one of the most beautiful beaches on the coast of Opatija. You can also enjoy nature around the villa by cycling along the bike paths or walking through the beautiful forests.
