"We were very disappointed to find out that onsite parking was actually off site parking with a good 10 min walk carrying our suitcases. Staff wasn't too friendly either. Rooms were nice but AC only worked when windows are closed which we opened as it was at first 28 degrees in the room."

We were travelling from town to town & booking accommodation via Internet was essential to us. Staff very helpful. "Our room was on the top floor and there were 2 sets of steep stairs to access it. Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues or big luggage. There was no on-site parking as stated and no mini fridge in the room. There was a fridge that could be used sharing with other guests as well as a shared mini kitchen. There is a wonderful rooftop deck- common area for all guests. "

"Stayed for couple of nights in a Superior Double Room in mid-October. Room was terrific with access to multiple terraces (a couple private to the room) that provide views of the sea. Amazing included breakfast with many homemade treats! Stefano and his partner definitely make you feel welcomed and provide recommendations on dining options and local activities. "This place was fine, but the parking was difficult and stressful. The hotel was hard to find and nowhere to park out front, so we had to call the number in heavy traffic with nowhere to park and she gave us the street address of some empty lot which was not marked at all as a parking lot and i had to keep looping around trying to find it. When i asked why it said "parking available" she said that wasn't the case in the winter. Then i had to move the car again to some other street spot. Really...

"It is always such a pleasure to meet our hosts, especially if they are as welcoming as this family. Including the pup Bianca. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The terrace on the roof was absolutely wonderful. Surrounded by olive trees and birds. And there is a lovely beach very very close. You can hear the waves from the house and see it from the terrace. La stanza matrimoniale è spaziosa, mentre le altre due stanze sono un po' più piccole. Barbecue in pietra all'aperto che abbiamo utilizzato più volte. Consigliamo visita in barca alle grotte della zona di Mattinata e a Monte Sant'Angelo. "
