"The staff were helpful & friendly. The room was small yet met our needs. The hotel is closer to the Takebashi station than it is to the Kudanshita station, which is useful information for travelers. Breakfast is basic but good for getting out early."

I am very confused by the negative reviews. This hotel was incredible. We did the set course dinner and it was great. Many unique foods we never would have tried. The breakfast buffet was great. I would recommend staying 2 nights here to fully enjoy the amenities. 10/10 if we come back go Hakone we will stay here again."
