"Our room was clean. The water pressure was great. Staff was super friendly, always available and ready to help. Our next hotel cancelled our reservation due to typhoon warnings, staff was incredibly accommodating to help us book an additional night. The hotel also restocks the complimentary eight bottles of water and snacks every day. Location was pretty conveniently located. Would absolutely stay here again the next time we're in Taichung."

"The bathroom has a high curb on the floor which my wife accidentally hurt her toe. But the hotel staff responded immediately by putting a rubber buffer over it.
