I’ve never stayed anywhere that shut off or limit WiFi usage to guests. No WiFi also meant no TV so we were pretty much forced to go to sleep. "I had the kings suite. Quite nice that in a large villa there is a shared space but you also have your own room or suite inside the villa. It was quiet and comfortable. The location in the Ezilwini valley is very beautiful and convenient if you have a car. Friendly personnel and a relatively good restaurant too. I tried the eggs Benedict for warm breakfast that was so so not the greatest but am confident that other warm breakfast options will be better. Overall I would recommend it. "
"We had a terrible experience. The hotel looks nothing like it does o the site. It’s completely run down. The hospitality is poor. Uncomfortable beds. The rooms and toilets are dirty. The fridge looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months, there were dead cockroaches in the fridge. Instead of apologising the receptionist made excuses about how the pictures on the site are old pictures and that the place is being renovated, when we asked her why the misrepresentation because if there were accurate images it’d allow us a fair chance to choose whether or not to book the place, she responded and sarcastically said, “where would you guys go”. We moved out before completing our two day stay there. I wouldn’t recommend that spot to anyone. Furthermore when you book it says there’s free breakfast included. There’s nothing like that!"
