"This place needs a professional manager. Even though it has aged, and sure shows it, it would have potential if properly managed. Many services provided were out of order, and complaining was dealt with by the staff providing answers which were certainly economical with the truth and downright insulting to one's intelligence. There are just to many to list, but one in particular beggars belief. The minibar refrigerator didn't work, called reception, and soon maintenance worker came, checked...

"Basic and OK for what I needed it for, to have a short rest in Vilnius before an early flight in the morning."

"Siisti hotelli hyvällä paikalla."

"Fantastico hotel curato nei minimi dettagli. Ristorante giapponese sul lago eccellente ."

"I think the main issue we had was the lack of heating from the radiators and the hot water not working at the time. Staff managed to find an alternative to the heating and got the hot water working. We were only there for 3 nights and only for...

"I loved the place. I stayed in the older part of the hotel. The cost was good. The hottub and pool were excellent. Also, the breakfast was great and we had filet minon at the restaurant and it too was so so tasty. Seriously, if they change out those terrible beds, the place easily moves to 5 stars for me. By the way, it wasn't just my room. My buddy stayed in a separate...

"Great location and lovely room. Staff were charming"

"I highly recommend a stay in this hotel. My husband and I have just stayed for 3 nights in a Business Double Room which was spacious and comfortable. We had one breakfast in the hotel and there was a good range and choice of hot and cold options. The hotel is perfectly situated in the old town which is perfect for exploring the city and close to many restaurants and cafes."
