"Room was clean only issue I had was the toilet. Had to hold down the toilet handle long time to get it ti flush completely. Seem like a new float or something is needed. Also the A/C on third floor not working at all. Thr hallway on third floor felt worse than it did outside. Lastly the elevator need repairing. Although capacity is 2000 we were told by signage and staff no more than three people on it at a time. So what happens if it's three people and luggage. We found out, very strange noise. Please these things. Beyond that all good."

Her warm personality and outstanding customer service truly made our trip even more enjoyable. She also gave us the best recommendation for dinner at Big Al’s, and it did not disappoint! The hotel’s location was another huge plus. It is perfectly situated within walking distance of several restaurants, shops, and other businesses, making it incredibly convenient to grab a meal or explore the area without having to drive everywhere. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, family-friendly hotel with an excellent location and staff who genuinely care about their guests, we highly recommend the Comfort Inn & Suites. We will definitely be back on our next visit!"
