"The inn is very charming and has spa vibes. The gardens were beautiful and romantic. We stayed at the Rochelle room in one of the further cottages from the main building. The room was clean and unique, had some cute decorations. The bed was very comfortable. I put my head down and I was asleep in no time. The reason for our visit was to tour the university of Florida, and we were able to explore it with Inn’s provided bicycles ( what an awesome surprise to find out that it was one of Inn’s amenities). The breakfast was in a very relaxing area of the building. It was good, but I wished it had some more fruit ( they only provided tangerines and green apples). The breakfast lady was preparing a whole huge bowl of different fruit in the kitchen during our breakfast in the morning, which we thought it was for the breakfast, but it turned out she was cutting it for tomorrow’s breakfast ( we were leaving today 🙁). So tomorrow’s breakfast might be better than today’s breakfast. We tried to use the heated pool and jacuzzi, but the pool was too cold and the jacuzzi had too low level water, and it would not heat up enough even after waiting for 15 minutes. Would we stay again? I think so! The front office staff was nice and the place is charming. We walked to Dragonfly Sushi restaurant for dinner and it was amazing! And then we walked across the street of that restaurant for ice cream at Mayday. They had the most unusual and delicious flavors of ice cream we ever tried. "

"Absolutely loved this property. I stayed in the repurpose room which is a lovely little self-contained bedroom/livingroom with attached bathroom. It was so cute and has it's only little fenced in space outside. The check-in process was super easy and didn't even require talking to anyone. Though I ran into one staff when I arrived and they were super friendly and helpful and showed me where my room was. Loved the amenities, the room was super cute and the location was really nice and central. Would definitely stay again. The staff even helped me sort out a booking issue I was having with hotels.com and really helped me out! Can't recommend them enough. "

"Hotel was great, good breakfast. Parking situation is aggravating as there is no hotel parking. I can see that in busy times that could be a huge problem. Otherwise everything was good."

"Poor communication with the host, did not receive check-in information the day of arrival and had to place numerous calls to receive check-in information. Also, was contacted early on by the host about the number of house guest, even though I clearly stated 12 people. They wanted to make sure there was no partying going on during our stay (there wasnt) however their listing clearly states that this is a great place to host a "party of up to 30". Overall, the property worked for our quick needs, but would not recommend for more than a night or two."
