"Matera is not the easiest place to get to in first place. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to change plans and arrived by coach bus instead of rental car. The hotel contacted us a couple days before our check in and once they learned about our change if plans, they helpfully pointed out to us that our bus station is actually quite a bit of distance from the hotel. "We had a wonderful stay here in Matera. Check in was super easy, the rooms were very nice, very clean, and the shower was great! I appreciate that they don’t use harsh products on the sheets or anything because some places really do. Not here! The location is great, just steps from the main square which is incredibly lovely. Parking was really easy in a nearby underground parking that is reserved for hotel and apartment guests, about a 4 minute stroll from the apartment. Cheap at 20 for 24...

"il riscaldamento ( tramite condizionatore) di una delle due stanze era fuori uso per cui no n'è stato possibile utilizzarla costringendo ad utilizzare un'unica stanza matrimoniale. Il riscaldamento dell'acqua era anch'esso fuori uso e pur avvertendo la sera prima non sono stati in grado di risolvere il problema al mattino. Ingiustificabile. "
