I really liked that there was everything you could need to be comfortable. You can tell there is someone considerate behind the administration. There was abundant drinking water, teas and coffee, water boiler, cups, etc in the common area. In the bathroom, shower cap, soap, and other amenities, enough towels for all the guests (this is not always the case). The family room was great with two rooms and ac in each one. Wifi worked well and the owner is super nice. Breakfast was simple but appreciated, some eggs would have been nice. Great location and easy affordable parking nearby. Thanks for a lovely stay, would definitely return.

Die Unterkunft liegt nahe der Innenstadt in der ZTL. Das Zimmer wird über eine steile Treppe erreicht. In kurzer Zeit erreicht man die Attraktionen von Matera. Die Zufahrt mit dem Auto ist nicht möglich, die nächste Parkmöglichkeit ist in einem Parkhaus. Öffentlich Parkplätze sind etwa ab 500 m entfernt. Das Zimmer hatte nur ein kleines Fenster an der Decke, somit keine Aussicht. Zum Schlafen hat es genügt, für einen längeren Aufenthalt aber wohl zu düster. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber von hoher Qualität vor allem das Brot. Der Kaffee war hervorragend. Das Quartier passt gut, wenn man nur zum Schlafen kommt und gut zu Fuß ist.

Quarto bom, chuveiro bom, cama otima. Cafe da manha fraco, bem fraco. Funcionaria muito rude. Regiao ótima, mas, se estiver de carro, o parking é ha 1km. O hotel fica em uma zona ztl, cuidado

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed everything. Well situated near the old city. Room was comfortable and updated. Host and employees were very kind. The owner even came and charged my car battery when it died on the morning of checkout.

Piacevole fine settimana.

Gestori gentilissimi e molto piacevole la permanenza nella struttura. Colazione essenziale ma va bene così, pulizia e bagno credo nuovo. Unica pecca la mancanza nella camera di una finestra, c'era una specie di lucernario sul soffitto. A dieci metri dai Sassi. Lo consiglio.

Matera magica

Bed and breakfast davvero ben ristrutturato e tenuto, in ottima posizione appena sopra il Sasso Barisano, poco distante da tutti i luoghi caratteristici di Matera. L'albergatore ci ha raccontato la storia della sua famiglia, che ha avuto a che fare con i Sassi, e ci ha anche accompagnato a 'fare la spesa'. Un soggiorno veramente riuscito.
