"Due to a mishap with our bus we got to the hotel very late, the receptionist was extremely helpful and tried to get us a taxi and stayed late to let us in. The breakfast was simple but nice and included in the price of the stay."

"Visited in summer. Arrived by bus. 5min walk from bus in centre of Font Romeu. 10min walk to small Carrefour and also to Telecabine. Lots of restaurants close. Reception lady was very helpful and spoke perfect English. Basic accommodation with bunk beds and sofa bed. Induction hob, microwave and dishwasher. Only bad part was smoking allowed on balconies which enters your room, if next door and you have the door open."

"Muy Bueno pero mejorable a nivel de limpieza, las fundas nórdicas se tendrian que limpiar mas a menudo y los cojines tambien. La comunicación con la propietària tampoco fue muy buena porque no respondia a los mensajes de wsp y no encontramos los productos de limpieza para limpiar la casa... Por lo demás el chalet es excelente"

"Great location for exploring the Pyrenees by the Little Yellow Train. The staff are friendly and attentive and the dining room meals were excellent."

"Slope access was excellent ski in ski out. Receptionist was Brill and sorted out an issue upon arrival with great skill. It's quite a steep walk up and down to shops and bars so be prepared for that."
