"What an amazing place. On arrival we got a welcome drink along with a briefing that explained what was available. Very comfortable and the staff made you feel like family. The food was excellent and the pool was just perfect. As this time was during the laying season for leatherback turtles we were not disappointed as the first night 20 turtles laid their eggs just in front of the hotel. Not to mention that was happening all along the beach every night. Our last morning we saw 10 turtles laying their eggs at 5:45am. I also recommend to do the Cocoa tour they offer if you want to taste some of the best chocolate which are handmade. You will not regret going to this hotel."

"Great location approximately 10-15 minutes away from the airport. Close to Trincity mall with grocery. About a 30 minute drive to Port of Spain without traffic, considering all Carnival activities was in Port of Spain. The entire condo was very clean and tidy, which made our stay comfortable. The two areas of improvement in my humble opinion would be the directions received was not clear, it was challenging being a visitor to the country. But the instructions inside of the booklet at the condo I felt was more helpful. And the bath towels had a lot of lint. But Nekesha our host was very receptive and replaced those towels within a timely manner, which we appreciated.I noticed in a previous review of the cozy condo, a guest stated there was no privacy blinds. But there is privacy blinds, which leads me to believe that it was just a user error for that previous guest. Not knowing how to use the blinds. Overall we had a wonderful time, and communication with our host Nekesha was great. Looking forward to a future stay at the cozy condo. "

"Another great stay! There are more small decor touches around the inside of the rental that give it a more homey feel; from convenient shelves, nightstands, dresser space, to the new deck next to the pool! The deck definitely makes the pool even more inviting and usable. Good for relaxing with coffee in the morning, sunning during the day, and relaxing in the evening with some music and a beer or cocktail. I already look forward to my next visit. The J Flats family definitely works to make your stay memorable!"
