Amazing location-Renewed Beach House near to BCN (30min) AC / Wi-Fi

Great location in a lovely town

"We were a family of 12x with 4x kids that were 8-11 years of age and the house was plenty big for all of us. The house has age and character, but is very quiet with the doors closed and each or the sleeping rooms has its individual AC unit so it’s very comfortable on those hot days. You are a 10min walk to the train, 4 min walk to the beach, and bars/food just around the corner. I would love the opportunity to stay there again. "

"What a find. Very good hotel, handy for the train station and the centre of Mataro, and getting into Barcelona. Plenty of choice for breakfast, especially as mine was included in my room price. Also some options for an evening meal, not quite as many but the food was very good. Only small gripe, which wasn't the hotels fault, was on my floor on my last night there were some very loud guests who were constantly going into other rooms, knocking on doors as they didn't answer. It didn't go on too late but was annoying. "

Wonderful stay

"Location of property is prefect for someone wanting to stay outside of Barcelona. Great beach nearby. Easy access to train and train ride to Barcelona is about 30 mins. Property has everything you need to enjoy your stay and extremely well maintained Restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores extremely close by property. Would not hestitate to stay there again. Bernd ( owner) was easy to communicate with and very helpful with any questions asked. "

Beautiful apartment in villa with pool and garden

Everything we wanted

"We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived at the property. Yolanda had provided clear instructions on how to find the place and she was there to greet us and show us around. The property was clean, comfortable and the views are wonderful. Travelling into Barcelona was easy via train, and we were very grateful to come back to our peaceful accommodation after a day in the city. We also travelled to Montserrat which we really enjoyed. A long weekend just wasn't enough so we are hoping to visit again with our children, as the property is also great for families, including toys and games and of course the pool (chilly but refreshing!).I would definitely recommend hiring a car if you stay here as it would have been difficult to get around without it. "

"This was my first trip to Barcelona and I could have not found a better place to stay for my visit. Comfortable and cozy with a beautiful view and the absolute best hosts! The hosts were very attentive, easy to communicate with and very cordial. I loved staying here, so much I plan to come back! "
