"Room needed a refresh. Cracked tile grout, rusting radiator, bad fixes everywhere, paint where it shouldn't be, wardrobe light was irritating to turn off as it was linked to the doors being open, and they didn't close properly. The swimming pool area is in need of a refresh too, rusting screws, warped boards amongst other things. We were woken up by a shower being used at 2am, so it's not sound proofed well. Our room had two beds pushed together, with separate sheets and duvets, rather than a single duvet for us to share. Staff frequently using the one lift to the rooftop bar/pool, so getting up can take a long time. Certainly not 5* quality."

"The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. However, the hallways are all painted black, including the ceiling and the doors and the lock where you put your key. And there's low lighting. So it was a little difficult for us being senior citizens to find where to touch our key card all the time. Minor inconvenience. Beautiful view from our room. Restaurant on the first floor a little pricey, but the food was good. Went up on the roof for a view of the city, but it was very difficult to find a place to sit anytime because the hotel is open to the public and anyone can go upstairs to the top floor. Major restaurant with beautiful views and lots of tables but outside of our budget. Most entrée started around $60. But the restaurant was full all the time."

"My experience at this hotel was completely unacceptable. The front desk staff were incredibly rude, and management was just as dismissive and unprofessional. In an industry that is supposed to be built on hospitality, the lack of basic courtesy and compassion—especially toward guests traveling from other countries—is inexcusable. As a medical professional, I expect a certain level of respect and professionalism, and what I encountered here fell far below any reasonable standard. I reported a broken refrigerator twice, and it was never repaired. This level of neglect clearly shows a lack of accountability and concern for guests. From the poor service to unresolved maintenance issues, this hotel demonstrated a consistent pattern of disregard for its customers. This was one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve had, and I would strongly caution others against staying here."
