"Did a long weekend with stayed in a triple room which was a great size for 2 adults and a teenager with a sliding door for privacy The rooftop pool was small but perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing."

"I could not have asked for a more perfect hotel and room! The staff is amazing our room was cleaned every day and the shower was fantastic. Wonderful air conditioning and very very quiet. We loved it so much we're staying an extra day. Right in the heart of La Rambla with lots of shops and dining. EVERYONE is extremely nice! We made alot if friends and they accommodate English if you do not speak Spanish! I would give it 20 Stars if I could. Henry the hotel manager is fantastic 🏆"

"The hotel room, gym, and overall amenities were very nice. However, there were a few things that I found disappointing considering the price we paid. The breakfast buffet had a very limited selection of meat options. There were more than 30 types of pork, ham, and similar products, but there was not a single proper chicken option. There was only one type of chicken sausage, which felt insufficient for a hotel of this standard. The smoked salmon was also quite low in quality and was frequently unavailable, with the plate often left empty for long periods. Water only two 300ml bottles and not replaced. Another issue was the housekeeping service. I found the cleaning staff quite unresponsive when it came to replacing the soap bar in the room. I contacted the hotel by phone on multiple occasions and also submitted a request, but they never replied. For a hotel of this level, I expected much better attention to basic guest requests."
