"The hotel is close and walkable to everything (shops, restaurants and major tourist attractions) neat and clean. We love the staff especially Christophe and Mohammed. They’re very accommodating and exemplifies a true customer service. We’ll stay in this hotel again in our future visit."

"The location of the hotel was ideal for the length of our stay and the areas and activities we were doing. The room was very basic. It was large enough to have accommodated having a couch or other seating options beside just the beds and a single kitchen-type chair, which would have made the stay better. The bathroom was strangely designed and awkward to enter but adequate. We appreciated an early check-in but the room hadn’t been fully cleaned so we had to ask for anew bath at and towels. We also appreciated the later (1 PM) check-out. However, the front desk did not communicate this with the cleaning staff who entered at 11:30 AM and wanted us to vacate."

"Thanks to Edvin and the rest of the front desk team. The hotel’s located in the center of a very busy and popular square. Numerous shops and restaurants available. We felt safe walking around. There was some concerns about being able to get transportation to the port for our cruise. We just had to walk a short distance down to the circle by the Colom statue. Be aware that there’s a €25 taxi surcharge added to get to the port. The prepaid breakfast was worth it."
