"Hotel was right on the water, with balcony seating and outside chairs. Very chill. Good buffet breakfast. Front desk lady gave us a reference for a local seafood restaurant (Le Matelot) that was outstanding. Would recommend."

Much impressed with the downtown emphasis on recreation for families and friendliness as we spoke with many random people. The genealogical center was incredible and so helpful! A brief trip to the airport was also most interesting and glad to hear.

Nice town. Beavh was interesting but too cold for swimming. Ferry terminal adjacent and takes you across tne river to Baie Comeau
