"Very disappointed not to be allowed to use the Pool on day of check out. It was literally empty & they wouldn't look at me in for like an hour before we got in the Road. Bad ending to a nice stay."

"My sister and I checked in around 7pm and checked out 11am the next day. I asked if we can have a later check out due to the late check in and I was immediately told no with an attitude by the front desk associate Vicky. I totally understand if that’s the hotel policy, but I did not need to be addressed that way. Regardless the bed was cozy and they have a pool which should been nice during the summertime."
