"This is our second time staying at this location and we absolutely love it. It's ckose to Port Aransas without the overpriced Port Aransas prices. The only thing I wish was different is that there was a water hose to wash sand off before going inside."

"The property was very clean & nice. Stayed for a weekend getaway with family to explore the city of rockport & do some fishing. This property was an ideal location & close to redfish bay. Owner was easily accessible when needing to communicate with & answered any questions we had in a quick timeframe. We will definitely consider renting this condo again in the future!"

"I needed a cheap place to lay my head while I got away on a solo fishing trip and this place did the trick. The room wasn't huge or anything but it was clean, comfy and the front desk lady was super nice. She was thrilled when she found out I was a teacher and walked me to my room to get me settled. I would definitely stay here again. "
