"El hotel esta ubicada en Santa Elena. Por ende las noches son muy ruidosas por el tráfico constante de motociclistas de la zona. Lo cual si desean un hotel de descanso este hotel no sería una opción. Ese fue el único punto negativo durante nuestra estadía. Lo cual es un factor fuera de control de este alojamiento. Las habitaciones son muy confortables con baños amplios y limpios. El desayuno incluido es delicioso y variado."

"Great location just a block from local sodas. Was about 15 minutes by car from Monteverde. The breakfast was an option between traditional costa rican or continental breakfast. The rooms itself are comfortable, clean and the wifi works well."

"Welcomed at reception and given great recommendations for what activities to do in the area. Cute cabin with kitchen including blender and rice cooker. The howler monkeys wake up with sun rise so don’t be surprised to hear them. The property has its own nature trials.Quite a central location. We would recommend "

"We had so much fun here, and it was a wonderful place to come and relax after a day of activities. Very unique cabin, with porch right on the pond. Friendly ducks, dogs, and it was great hearing all of the different bird calls. Very close to restaurants and things, but felt remite and private. Comfortable bed. Only complaint was the small bathroom without much room to put things."

"This was a cozy cabin located in a very cute property. We loved taking our breakfast in the porch to watch the ducks and fish. We had a really lovely stay!! I want to highlight some things that I do wish we had known in advance to feel more prepared though, as the cabin was more rustic than what the listing portrayed. There were only two of us, but it’s worth noting that the sofa bed was in the front living room area, and the AC was located in the bedroom and worked best with that door closed....

"My wife and I are empty nesters and love travel. This is our first trip to Cosa Rica, and we loved it. The El Silencio del Campo was definitely a highlight of the trip. We stayed active and hiked, did the beautiful outdoor activities here, including horseback riding in the mountains. All the activities made the Hot Springs and Spa all the more enjoyable and helped our recouperation! We very much enjoyed the Spa, great services and very professional, the outdoor palapa and birdsong in the backgroud was great. The on sight Hot Springs were exceptional. We visited others off sight, but far preferred the hot springs at El Silencio. They felt like natual pools, and not an ellaborate mand made pool. Lastly the resteraunt was exceptional too. Service and food were 5 star and very reasonable. We will be back."

"I loved the property, the pool area is beautiful, rooms and restrooms were properly clean. Gorgeous view of the volcano! But the best were the people! The service everywhere was excellent, Alejandra and Jonathan during breakfast were amazing! Wilmer at the pool bar. Fabian when we checked in. Everyone from the reception to the bars were so great. Thanks for making our stay extra special. Definitely coming back! "
