"Our family (10 of us) loved our stay. The house was really well equipped and such an interesting building. There were lots of places to sit and relax whilst the kids could play games or swim. The night skies are magic to gaze at from the terrace. Lots of historical places to visit too. "

The house is in a wonderful area, very quiet and rural yet only 3-4km from the nearest villages/ small towns with lots of great restaurants etc. The house itself is wonderful - a true home from home. The garden is 'rustic' but great for lots of people and the dog. Note - it is not fully fenced in, although there are hedge boundaries and gates to the main road, so the dogs can (and ours did!) escape! The only issue we had was with the pool going very green after a storm -...

The quality of the accommodation is first class and the location is ideal as it is close to so many towns and places of interest. "The staff was outstanding. The desk clerk on duty when we checked in was gracious enough to carry a piece of luggage up a flight of stairs to our room. The hostess, Nathalie, friendly, professional and very kind. The breakfast and dinner were outstanding. Wonderful property, lovely spacious interiors, expansive gardens, and pool. Great neighborhood."
