Spacious flat with a well equipped kitchen and other amenities. Great water pressure in shower. AC Note: Bed is up a steep staircase/ladder. Suggestions for improvement: Have more toiletries available in the property One of the blinds broke after my first day but this did not get fixed...

"We picked this house because of the proximity to the beach and because it had 3 bedrooms. The check-in process was very smooth and the host -Dulce was very responsive. I would recommend this for a group of friends or a family. The part of town it’s in is very quiet but it’s a quick walk to restaraunts nearby or the bus to downtown."

"This apartment was so comfortable. It had everything we needed for the month of our stay. I really liked the location as it was away from the noise of tourists but easily walkable to places to visit or to take metro and bus to further places. So many places to grab a meal within a couple blocks, including a bakery, supermarket, public swimming pool, and for a great massage."

"We were met at the airport by the lovely Enrique, who was the perfect host and gave us loads of information about what to see and how to get about. His apartment is very spacious with everything you might need. It has a small balcony with table and chairs - perfect for the afternoon sun. We managed to walk everywhere apart from the beach, which was a 40p tram ride. Thank you very much Enrique."

"We used the location to walk all over the city. In the evenings we cooked in the kitchen (well appointed) and were able to catch up on vacation laundry as we have been backpacking around Spain. Our rating is based on the fact that there was no “users manual” for the stove/washing machine/cooktop/tv/toaster over and most of the buttons functions were worn off… we spent some time in the internet looking up how to use them. "Idéalement placé dans la vieille ville de Valence. La terrasse sur le toit est petite mais très agréable. La propriétaire décore l'ensemble avec beaucoup d'implication. Mais une odeur d' égout bien présente gâche un peu le plaisir du séjour, ce qui est inhérent à la vieille ville plus qu'à l'appartement."

"We stayed here recently with our two kiddos (6 and 8) and the location was amazing; walking distance to so many sites within Valencia! I would recommend going to the grocery prior to bedtime because breakfast spots don't open up early (enough for us) so we were stuck the first day but other than that it was wonderful and I would stay again. Oh also, they only provide about one showers worth of shampoo and body wash, so if you need more than that pack it!"
