You will be staying in a spacious and bright 4-room house that spans 110 square meters on the ground floor. The property was fully renovated in 2024 and features comfortable and tasteful furnishings. The living room includes a double sofa bed, dining table, kitchen corner, TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. There is an exit leading to the patio from the living room. The first bedroom is a double room with a panoramic window, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The second room also has a panoramic window and accommodates two beds, along with air conditioning and forced-air heating. The third bedroom is a double room with a panoramic window, bath/bidet/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. Additionally, there is a large kitchenette equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table. The property also features a separate shower/bidet/WC area.

Amenities Included
The property offers several amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. Air conditioning and forced-air heating are available throughout (heating is available only from November 1st to March 31st). The outdoor areas include a 25 square meter terrace and a large, partially roofed patio with terrace furniture and a barbecue.
