Villa Felice



Attractive family-friendly villa with pool, garden and wellness area in a rural spot on the Sorrento peninsula.



Villa Felice is the ideal choice for families or small groups who prefer a quieter location to the more hectic hotspots on the Amalfi Coast. Situated around 2 km from the shops and restaurants in Sant’Agata sui due Golfi, the villa is within easy reach of the beaches and the bustling seaside town of Sorrento.



With a total floor area of over 100m², this 2-bedroom villa has a delightful garden with a hammock, terraces, a smallish pool (5 x 4 m and 1,4 m deep) with sunbathing terrace and a table tennis table. The owners have cleverly created two dining spaces: a covered dining area that overlooks the pool, with a small outdoor kitchen that’s perfect for those laid-back al fresco dinner, and a raised terrace (20 m²) which can be accessed from the pool or the living room, with a table and chairs for 6.



The villa is simply furnished but comfortable, with a touch of indulgence by way of a wellness centre. This includes a mini gym – exercise bike, bench press and a relaxation bed – and a sauna for two. The ground floor also has a living room, with double sofa bed, armchair and access to the terrace, and, just off the living room, a spacious kitchen with table.

GROUND FLOOR



• Living room, furnishings are modern and comfortable. There is a double sofa bed, an armchair, a coffee table, a Pellet fireplace for the winter (from November 1st to March 30), satellite television, a DVD player, a DVD library, a Bluetooth speaker and books. The room is equipped with air conditioning and heating.

• Bathroom 2: sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. Accessed from living room.



FIRST FLOOR



• Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed, smart TV. Air conditioning and heating. Access to sea-view balcony.

• Bedroom 2 with en suite bathroom: Queen-size bed. A third single bed can be added. Smart TV, air conditioning and heating.

Bathroom 3 (en suite): Sink, toilet and shower.

• Bathroom 4: Bath, sink, toilet and bidet. Window with sea view.

Not included in the price, to be paid on site upon arrival:



• Tourist tax 3,00 euros per day per person for the first 7 nights from 1/04 to 31/10. Children under 18 years do not pay

• Damage deposit 500,00 euros

• Final cleaning 60,00 euros

• For arrival after 8:00 PM until midnight a late arrival fee of 60,00 euros will be requested. For arrivals after midnight a late arrival fee of 80,00 euros will be requested.

• Temperatures are high in July and August, but the villa has plenty of shaded areas, a pool and air conditioning.

• The pool is available from April to October.

• Eat out at local restaurants or buy fresh fish and vegetables to barbecue on the terrace.

• If you prefer not to navigate the infamous hairpin bends yourself, take advantage of local buses and the Circumvesuviana train.

Description and images misleading

Generally the stay was pleasant and the owner great. However there were no photos of the second bedroom which had no bedroom storage. The very steep and uneven path to the villa was challenging and would not be suitable for a family with young children the elderly or anyone with mobility problems. Also the villa was in need of a make over as is was very tired compared to the photos.
