"very new, nice and clean well situated. Construction work outside in Ramblas, but could not hear the works from the room."

"The room was not spacious and the location is quite away from central Barcelona. While we had to find out about transit options, it would have been nicer to have some sort of shuttle operated by the hotel, as public transit took at least an hour to get into town. There are also absolutely no stores, restaurants-or anything nearby. It is a factory/warehouse distict. All staff were mostly friendly though."

"From the moment I get out of the car service I was greeted by staff. Checking the staff was welcoming. The rooms were very clean and everything in the room was nice. I love my stay there. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone."

"The hotel is centrally located just around the corner from the cathedral. It was very clean and the staff was amazing. Our only complantis that the wi-fi was not the best. To get good wi-fi you had to go down to the lobby. The TV was also all in Spanish (big surprise), it just would have to have had some English speaking channels espcially for the news."

"This room we rented was about 400 a night or close to it. We had just finished a Mediterranean tour and wanted to relax in a nice hotel after. Wasn't too bad, but sadly the shower was broken and unusable, and we had to leave shortly to fly home, staff merely said oh we have maintenance men blah blah, and I says "Look, when im staying in a hotel like this I expect things to work, especially basic facilities, so just buy us breakfast and we ll call it square." "Oh, you ll have to email the manager and he ll reply to you blah blah". Really?? Should have stayed at the previous hotel i stayed at on the start of our tour. 250 bucks cheaper and everything worked, and staff had the power to at least facilitate basic issues."
