"The hotel room, gym, and overall amenities were very nice. However, there were a few things that I found disappointing considering the price we paid. The breakfast buffet had a very limited selection of meat options. There were more than 30 types of pork, ham, and similar products, but there was not a single proper chicken option. There was only one type of chicken sausage, which felt insufficient for a hotel of this standard. The smoked salmon was also quite low in quality and was frequently unavailable, with the plate often left empty for long periods. Water only two 300ml bottles and not replaced. Another issue was the housekeeping service. I found the cleaning staff quite unresponsive when it came to replacing the soap bar in the room. I contacted the hotel by phone on multiple occasions and also submitted a request, but they never replied. For a hotel of this level, I expected much better attention to basic guest requests."

"Great Stay at Hotel Europark We had a great experience at Hotel Europark. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was very convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The room was comfortable and provided everything we needed after a long day of sightseeing. We also appreciated the overall atmosphere of the hotel. It felt welcoming, modern, and relaxing. Overall, Hotel Europark was a great choice and offered excellent value for our stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona and would happily stay here again."

"Quirky hotel with “Spaceship” theme Breakfast was awesome Staff helpful Room clean - although it was an accessible room which we didn’t request. No problem Our only gripe was slow check in process. Which was a bit tedious after a long trip. Refreshments were available though to their credit"
