"We could've used 2 keys to be able to leave or go back to the guest house separately. Other than that, we liked this guest house as it is located at the perfect spot for public transport, touristic and also shopping purposes. Although we were promised cleaning and towel replacement service in every three days, we didn't mind not getting it. We were happy with using the same towels for a week. We came into town a day before our cruise and just needed a clean, safe place Near Port to rest our heads that was reasonably priced and this meat all the checks. It was just like staying at a friends house and just going down the hall to use the rest room. It was clean, quiet and there were resturant and stores in walking distance. "Bit of an odd concept. No front desk. Just scan a qr code at a key box and receive your room keys. Quaint lift. Must have been nearly 100 years old. Generally good basic facilities but clean and secure. Just what was needed."

"This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Some of their staff are rude and unwelcoming, they charge like a hotel but don’t clean your room (was there 9 days). I knew there was a shared bathroom but during the second weekend they closed two bathrooms for private rooms and left only ONE shower and ONE toilet for 10 rooms. It is extremely bad, not even that close to gothic quarter to even make it worth. "

"The place is good for a weekend get away from the city, the beach is super clean and a walk away from your camp door. The bathrooms are super clean and the glam camping tents were pretty great. Only issue was the towels were 13 euro and not included as stated in the property listing (Expedia)"

"We loved this hotel location and convenience. We also appreciated the layout of the family bunk room which gave us plenty of space and comfortable beds. The rooftop restaurant and bar is terrific too. The hotel staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful, especially Saray who helped multiple times with interpreting train schedules, routes, and ticket purchases to the Vall de Nuria in the Pyranees. We had a great stay!"
