"The space was clean, comfortable, and spacious, perfect for our needs. As expected in any major city, there was some occasional street noise which would have been the case anywhere (even high rise hotels). The decor had an artistic, gallery-like atmosphere. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond by offering great restaurant recommendations. Check-in and check-out were both seamless and effortless."

"I stayed at this property for 1.5 months and had a wonderful time. Great neighborhood, property listing was accurate, the host was responsive and helpful and the apartment had everything I needed. The street was quiet, the only complaint I can say is that you can hear the upstairs neighbors and people inside the building from the apartment. Overall, would definitely recommend and would stay again. "

"We loved our stay at Celia’s studio. The location is great, felt very safe and at home, the space is small but felt bigger than we were expecting. It was the perfect size for two people. Bathroom and kitchen were well stocked and having access to a laundry room was really helpful! Very much recommend this listing. Thanks Celia!"

"My husband and I love weekend escapes to the city and we chose to rent this beautiful house in North Beach from Jennifer. 1st, Jennifer was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. The house was decorated perfectly and the house had everything we needed for a perfect stay. It felt like home away from home. With that being said, the location was SUPER amazing. "I stayed at Brian’s place in the Mission for nine weeks and it was perfect. There are lots of great restaurants and shops on Valencia. Easy and safe to talk to and from the train that’s just a few blocks away. The property itself is fairly spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Brian was very prompt in his responses to any inquiry I had. At one point there was an issue with the dryer and he had someone out to fix it the very next day. I would definitely stay here again in the future!"
