"Our stay was during a family member’s surgery and recovery at Baptist Memorial hospital. It’s extremely easy to get to and from the hospital. Plenty of restaurants close and the house had everything we needed. One item of note was the listing shows the house number as 233 and it’s actually 223."

"The property was fine coming in at first glance. But, Post Wi-Fi password for guest to use in the future. Also make sure trash has been emptied out outdoors.Basic amenities, tissue, paper towels. Also blinds could use an update. I’m very pleased with the overall stay for the purpose of my babygirl. These are small details that bring back repeat clients. Thank you So much!!"

"Was lucky enough to find this property on little notice. We were attending a family funeral near Lakeland, and this location was perfect. Enough room for everyone to spread out, and kitchen was perfect for cooking meals that we didn't have at the extended family's house. Nice, clean, and in a nice neighborhood. Close enough to the highway so that we could get to downtown Memphis and the airport in under an hour. Definitely recommend."

"There were 6 of us, all adult family members. The house was much as expected with a couple minor issues. The host responded quickly when I called him, although he was slow to respond to messages on the VRBO app. Overall it was a good place to stay."
