"Asked for a room clean up and didn’t get it. Amenities is cool. Have to pay for breakfast but they bring it to your room. Beautiful views. Needed extra coffee and such "

"There was no body soap or shampoo in my shower. That was a problem for me because I had not brought any with me. Other than that the bed was comfortable, pillows were great. "

"First of all, if you are staying at a Westin for the brand of “heavenly beds” and a nicer, more elevated hotel, forget it! They haven’t put a dime into this place. Peeling wallpaper, old carpeting & outdated furniture. Service was beyond bad if you can call it service. Nobody was friendly and literally GRUNTED when I said good morning. I could go on and on about what a dump this place is. I will go elsewhere next time. "

"Avoid like the plague"

"The only reason I stayed here was because I booked it as non-refundable. The bathroom in my room was filthy. I won’t get into it because I don’t want to gross anyone out. The sheets and towels were clean. The bed was uncomfortable. My room was on the first floor, right next to the main entrance- there are no sheers on the windows, only blackout curtains, which didn’t really help because there was a spotlight shining right at my window. So even during the day, I kept the curtains closed because it was like being in a fishbowl. I ended up switching rooms. They moved me to the second floor. Thankfully the desk person offered to carry my suitcase up the stairs, since there is no elevator. Bathroom in this room wasn’t much cleaner than the first. Their breakfast options were bagels, instant oatmeal, a couple cold cereal options and horrible coffee. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here."
